Amidst the cost of living crisis, ensuring food safety remains paramount, all the way from farm to fork.

As consumers, we expect all our food to be safe to eat but matching our expectations and behaviours are key in navigating in these economically challenging times.

Join Dr Ioana Lock as she explores the cost of living crisis impacting our decisions (tackling disinformation in the process) and how it all impacts the safety of our food.

Dr Ioana Lock is the laboratory manager / post-Doc researcher at AgriFoodX Ltd with expertise and a passion for food safety. She is a committee member of RSB Yorkshire and when not consulting on food safety matters can be found hiking in North Yorkshire Moors.
